About the product
OstroVit ZMAdvanced contains a three-type magnesium complex , three-type zinc complex , D-aspartic acid , ashwagandha root extract , vitamin B6 and melatonin . This combination helps improve sleep quality, promotes recovery after training and supports the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Ingredients: magnesium carbonate, magnesium citrate, magnesium lactate, D-aspartic acid, zinc gluconate, zinc picolinate, zinc citrate, ashwagandha root extract, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), melatonin, capsule shell.
The product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans, fish.
Instructions for use
Adults should take 1 serving (2 capsules) daily , preferably 30–60 minutes before bedtime , with water.
