Ingredients
GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (cellulose capsule), rice flour, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, stearic acid (vegetable origin), pyridoxine hydrochloride.
Usage
Take 1 capsule 2–3 times daily as needed, preferably with juice or water on an empty stomach.
